With over 20 years of hands â on experience in process industry including that of Buhler Flour Mills â Switzerland, Apple changed its perception with a view to provide innovative technology, bakery designs for better economies of scale with cost effective, best quality imported bakery machineries, accessories and services to the bakery sector.
SHOPRITE, one of the largest chains of Hypermarkets from South Africa, in their 1st venture in India set up their 70,000 Sq. feet Hypermarket at Mulund in Mumbai. It has a Live In Store Bakery of about 2000 Sq. feet providing fresh ready to eat baked products and confectioneries. MACADAMS, a global bakery machinery manufacturer & Apple have designed and executed the said project jointly. This was a trend setter of LIVE IN STORE Bakery concept in Indiaâs Retail Chains.
Live In-Store Bakery concept as a marketing strategy and value addition has now become a mandate for new projects of Retail Chains. Apple, going a step a head, is now promoting live bakeries even for small bakery shops in various towns all over the country.
